William's Story
Life
Here is a brief synopsis of my life. Started life as a farm boy in Cambria New York. Attended Concordia College and quickly moved into New York City. Attended San Francisco State University, MS Clinical Psychology. Returned to NYC, and started my first restaurant. I worked my way through college in restaurants & bars so it was the natural progression. I love NYC and return often.
Moved to Tampa Florida (what I did for love) where I started ...Expand for more
my second restaurant. The building next door caught on fire and took my restaurant with it. That was my "sign" that I should get out of restaurant business.
Opened an independent bookstore "Tomes & Treasures". Also wrote a book review column. Great use of my love of literature. Grew that business adding a coffee shop. But alas, Barns and Nobles, Borders, and Starbucks discovered the area and I had to close.
Personally loved, lost and loved again.
