Life

l at Skyline.(Summer jobs in Quincy,Calif.)My career took me to Sacramento where I worked at a truly GREAT radio station...KROY.Then I moved up to the Seattle area and worked at KJR,KOL & KTAC.At 29 I decided to open my own record store.I eventually had 6 different locations in Portland,OR.and after 20 successful years, sold the business and re-located to Southern Calif.(27 years of rain was enough).I am now back in radio playing "Smooth Jazz" on 94.7 THE WAVE in Los Angeles.I meant it when I said I was "fortunate" to have been in the Bay Area in the 60's.The music, the culture, the radio stations,Willie Mays & The Giants.IT WAS THE BEST!!!
