Chronic conditions: hypertension, diabetes, ESRD with Urinary Incontinence (UI). In 1991 after initial diagnosis and assessment completed I matched in July for a kidney transplant July. October.1991 Transplant removed healed of cancer going for hemodialysis for 10 yrs. In December 2000 matched and got the 2nd transplant still functioning.".
