Life Hello, Fellow Alumni. Having just updated a few photos in my profile, I decided to take the proverbial bull by the horns and update this bio, which was written probably around eight years ago. Much has changed, except for my continuing immaturity. My sons are all young men now, ages 20-28. Two of them, Michael (#4), and Nathan (#5), have joined the armed services . . . Mike, the Navy, and Nathan, the Air Force. They are currently both attending tech schools in their respective service, before they get their first orders. Matt (#3), has graduated Rutgers U, receiving a degree in Criminal Justice. Daniel (#2), recently became engaged to be married in May of 2008. And Jake (#1, the apple that didn't fall far from the tree at all), is deciding whether to pursue full-time employment at UPS, or to continue in his job at an apparel retailer (Penguin). He has a hilarious online blog that I enjoy reading. All in all, the boyz are doing OK (they had a great Mom). This year also marked the 10th year since the passing of my wife, Patti. I think of her every day, and always shall. On Christmas Eve, I proposed marriage to my girlfriend since 1998, Patricia. She recklessly said "yes". Her husband, Bill (be aware of the irony here) passed on in 1983, leaving her to raise her two children alone as well. We plan to be marrie...Expand for more
