William's Story

Life I joined the Marine Corps and stayed for awhile before blowing out my right knee. I took a medical discharge and went to college for a short stint. I decided to go back in the service and joined the Army. During the past 18 years I have had many good things happen to me and have seen my share of horror! I have traveled to every state and 31 countries....Expand for more
I have just returned from my 5th deployment to Iraq. I wish things in the world could be better. I tell my kids that the actions of a few can influence a great many!! Believe in yourself, family, and GOD and anything is possible. Some of my fellow classmates deserved so much better in life but the choices they made are theirs. I send best wishes to all!!
