William's Story
OK, Life is surely good. I married the perfect girl two weeks after graduating from the College of Architecture - VA Tech. She is strong and beautiful and I am still crazy about her. We are lucky to be able to spend most of our time together every day. We will have been married 18 yrs. this May. We have three children - all of them boys. As of 2008 they are 13, 10, and 8 yrs old - all very unique. They enjoy tormenting each other so my dicipline for them is stacking and loading firewood. My wife and I have a small farm in Asheville, NC with all sorts of animals. The chickens are a blast - we are fighting off hawks and coyotes. We will likely start raising rabbits...Expand for more
soon to eat!!?? I've never eaten rabbit. We'll see how it goes. I play electric blues guitar with my oldest son and I have started taking lessons for drums. My middle one plays bass and sax. The youngest thrashes on anything you set in front of him. We have started keeping bees. We have four hives after losing our first one to bears. We spend lots of time outdoors taking care of the animals. Our horses take the most time, but its all fun. I have recently started baking bread in a serious way. I have always had this quest to make bread as good as my grandmother's and have cultivated my own sourdough starter. I am getting very, very close. Things couldn't be better.
