I finished High School in May 1969, Allen-White High School, Whiteville, Tennessee, entered college at Tennessee State University (TSU), after 1 year of college I enter The United States Air Force, Vietnam Era.

Served there in several unites in Germany HQ Contracting, Mannheim, Germany, Humanitarian Assistant Program (HAP) in 98th Area Support Group, Wurzburg, Germany and Germersheim Army Depot, Germersheim, Germany, after several years move to 5th Signal Command, Deputy Chief of Staff Resource Management, Manheim Germany, from there I move to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Morale, Welfare and Recreation served there from Dec 2003 to Mar 2007 where I moved to the Defense Logistics Agency in Kuwait City, Kuwait,
In Kuwait I was involved in a traffic accident and suffered a mild stroke (135 degrees Fahrenheit), was on sick leave for 6 months in Japan where I lived with my daughter and her husband who was in the United States Navy Station at Yokosuka Naval Station, Japan.
From Yokosuka I returned to the states with my daughter and her husband to Norfolk Naval Station, Norfolk, Virginia. Release by the doctors to return to restricted duty, invoked my employment rights to return to duty at the Pine Bluff Arsenal (Return Rights Agreement for taking the assignment to Kuwait).
Through all of my military service/travel I completed a Associate Degree in Administrative Management with City College of Chicago, a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, University of Maryland, and half of a Master Degree in Human Relation with University of Oklahoma.
