Zac's Story
I've basically worked my butt off to where I am today. Dealing with my illness, my mothers illness and my uncles illness all the same time was very hard. All of us pulled through, and are still pulling through, but for 18 months I had the roughest time of my life. Those 18 months also put me to what I am today, much more mature, focused on goals, pushing myself as far as I can go, and not taking advantage of my life, rather doing things I once couldn't or wouldn't do. as possible. Life is short, I've figured that out the hard way. I was within three weeks of death... Not the greatest way to find out. But here I am today, eighteen, and posed to make a difference in the world... in my dream of meteorology. That dream someday soon will become fulfilled, and I'll look back to those months where I went through hell to get to where I am and basically remind myself, "Damn, I've truly accomplished the unthinkable.. beat cancer, and win my dream in the real world.."
