Come join BHS alum from classes '70-'80 for a CASUAL day of yoga, wine tasting and socializing this Saturday, all on Front Street close to home. We'll start by stretching our bodies, finding our breath, and experiencing deep relaxation with the amazing Laura Burt @ Yoga101 studio, then stop next door @ Au Wine then on to Mike's Bar & Grill for music and socializing. Take this nudge to try yoga or deepen your practice with friends and great music.
