Private from 6-9, then Billy's opens to the public. DJ, hors d'oeuvres and of course Billy's has a full menu and bar. You are responsible for your own drinks and dinner. A negotiated deal w/ Holiday Inn Express (close by) for $95 with free shuttle to and from. The cut off for money will be August.
