CHS CLASS OF 1971 REUNION 50 Years! When: Saturday, August 28th Cost: $35/person Where: Portage Lake Parlor, 12227 Seymour Rd, Grass Lake, MI 6:00 p.m. to 11:30 pm Meal: Vegetable Tray, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, Mac and Cheese, Pork Belly’s with Rice Pilaf, Pulled Pork, Smoked Chicken Pieces, ½ barrel of beer, Cash Bar and late-night Pizza. The facility will have both outside and indoor seating. We will also have use of their fire pit. Hopefully some of our classmates will bring a guitar. We will also have some entertainment at the reunion. There is a small block of rooms at the Chelsea Comfort Inn, at a reduced rate – call 734-433-8000 $132.00 total cost per night and mention class of CHS Class of 1971. Comfort Inn and Quality Inn in Jackson are also close by and a bit cheaper than staying in Chelsea. There will be a golf outing Saturday morning at the Waterloo Golf Course headed up by Howie Treado.
