MEN: tucked in collared shirt, dress slacks, no sandals, or open toed shoes. WOMEN: dresses, skirts, nice slacks. ***Cellular Phones: The use of cellular phones is strictly prohibited anywhere on Club property with the following exceptions: • Discreet use of smart phones for reviewing email or text messages is allowed. • Brief, discreet cellular phone calls may be taken in the phone booth in the main lobby. THE REUNION EVENING DETAILS: >> 6:00 P.M. Doors open to receive your name tag and say “Hello” to your classmates. >> 6:30 P.M. The Chef’s Selection of Hors d’oeuvres including Ice Packed Shrimp Cocktail, Chilled Tenderloin, Artisan Charcuterie, Domestic & Imported Cheese Display, Grilled Vegetable and Crudities Display will be served. We have access to The Terrace, The Great Hall and The St. Clair Room (where the ‘cash only-no credit card’ bar will be located). >> 7:30 P,M. (weather permitting) a photograph of the Class will be taken on The Terrace. We will find another location if it rains. >> 9:00 P.M. A variety of Desserts -- Mini Pastries, Cake, Cookies -- will be served. >> 10:00 P,M. Pizza will be served. >> 11:30 P.M. the Bar closes. >> Midnight: Doors close.
