Daniel High School COVID BUSTER and REUNION!! Classes of 59, 60, 61, 62, & 63 (and friends) As you hopefully know from previous communications, we have scheduled a joint DHS reunion (Classes of 59, 60, 61, 62 and 63) for Saturday evening, 21 AUGUST at Kresge Hall (Clemson Outdoor Lab) starting at 5:00 pm. Kresge is a spacious banquet facility located on Lake Hartwell south of Clemson (near the previous location of “Twin Lakes”). Driving direction are listed below. If you are not a member of the above listed classes, but have a burning desire to attended, send in this registration!! Our principal goal for the reunion is to reconnect with old friends and acquaintances and share memories of good ole days at Daniel and growing up in the SC upstate. We want to encourage mixing and mingling rather than sitting and eating. Thus, instead of a formal dinner, we plan to have heavy hors d’oeuvres, free water, tea, beer, wine, soft drinks, and limited set-ups. You may BYOB if you need a bracer. We will provide seating and tables for those of us with “creaky bones.” Our registration fee is $50.00 per person ($100.00/couple). This fee will cover the venue (Kresge), hors d’oeuvres, beverages, wait staff, gratuities, taxes, postal and banking fees, other incidentals. If there is a surplus, the money will be donated to Daniel High. We will gladly accept additional donations.
