Hello Classmates! We now have only 9 tickets left to sell to reach our venue max of 200 people. Tickets are $95.00 per person. Please pick up your ticket at the check-in table on the night of the event May 20, 2023, at 5 pm at the Farmhouse at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton. Hotel Info: We have sold out our block of rooms at DoubleTree Hotel at the special rate of $129 per room, Contact the Sales Manager Don Martinez at 925 737 5612 to book your room at the best available rate. Event Parking: VIP parking for attendees will be offered at no charge on Pleasanton Ave, directly across from the front entrance to the Fairgrounds. Event Dress: suggest DATE NIGHT attire ;-) Event Bar: The Farmhouse is a cashless venue. The Bar can accept credit, debit, or mobile payments for beer, wine, and cocktails. Menu: Small bites, appetizers plus coffee/water/tea will be provided. Reunion Weekend suggested activities: Friday 2pm: Meet at DHS for a campus tour. Please let Dennis Jones know if you can attend. Friday 5:30 pm: Meet at the DoubleTree Hotel bar for cocktails. This is a drop-in event. Saturday morning: Meet with friends for breakfast or lunch. We suggest Denica's in Dublin (tables are scarce at this popular place) or in P-Town at Bill' s Cafe, Nonni's, Sidetrack, or Jim's Cafe. Make reservations if possible. Happy Hour 2-5pm: meet at Ruby's & Roses downtown for the best Happy Hour in PTown. Saturday 5pm: Park at the VIP lot on Pleasanton Ave, cross and take a short walk to the Farmhouse inside the front gate. Sunday 11am-5pm: Wine Tasting, Golf or meet up for breakfast. We suggest Rubinos, Ruby Hill Winery, Concannon, or Wente. Some require reservations for tastings. Or have Breakfast at the hotel or restaurants listed above. See you soon!
