Greetings Class of 1971 Classmates! Yes, plans are being made for a "50th plus Two Year Reunion"! We are excited to make this announcement since our reunion for 2021 had to be cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions. But we are on for September 16, 2023. Mark your calendar today! Registration will begin at 5:00 p.m. and the Dinner Buffet will open at 6:00 p.m. We have a chosen a delicious buffet for the evening. Please join with us as we come together to renew friendships and see those we graduated with. Most of us have or will celebrate our 70th Birthdays this year. We're not getting any younger, so come on and have a fun evening. Unfortunately, we have 80 classmates, that we know of, that are now deceased. We will pay tribute to them that evening. Maple Chase is located at 5475 Germanton Road, Winston-Salem, NC, 27105. The cost is $45.00 per person. Reservations are due by August 15, 2023. (Fees are non-refundable due to our having to guarantee numbers with the food service department.) Letters are in the mail to each of you. If you do not receive one, please leave me a message on Classmates, or look me up on Facebook. The Reunion Committee has worked diligently to put this all together. Please come and have a fun evening. There will be drawings for Door Prizes and we have special reunion gifts for all attending! We hope to see each of you on September 16th!! BTW, dress is business casual. Come comfortable!
