Last year, after the COVID crisis, we had a reunion for the El Camino Class of 1960. We had a very nice turnout and a large number of those in attendance requested we do it on an annual basis, so we’ve organized another “gathering” for October 1st at the same location, Ancil Hoffman Park in Carmichael. Our specific spot is across the parking lot from the Golf Course Pro Shop. This event will be held from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm or as long as people want to stay and visit. Like last year, we recommend you bring something to sit on, chair/chaise lounge, as the benches may not be comfortable to sit on, food and drink of your choice, a pop-up style tent, if you wish, and for sure hats and sunscreen for your protection. We’re still looking for absentee alumni, so if you are in contact with classmates pass this on to them and send their current email addresses to myself or Ed Gillum via Classmates messaging so we can add them to our mailing list.
