50 Years!! How can it be? Time to catch up! We will be celebrating the weekend of the Glenbard West Homecoming, September 15-16, 2023. Check our class website for details as they are finalized. Glenbard West Class of 1973 50th Reunion Activities Thursday, September 14 Float Building – At Mark Bromann’s house, 1818 Glencoe St., Wheaton, IL Friday, September 15 10:00 a.m. Golf outing at the Village Links 1:30 p.m. Nature Walk with Bob Danley 600 p.m. Bonfire and Pep Rally at Glenbard West for Homecoming 7:00– 9:00 Youth Center Social at the Glen Ellyn Civic Center – Time to meet and mingle! 9:00. - ??? Pub Crawl in downtown Glen Ellyn Saturday, September 16 7:30 a.m. GWHS Booster Club Pancake Breakfast at the high school 10:00 a.m. Homecoming parade in downtown Glen Ellyn. Be in the parade or watch with classmates! 11 – 12:00 Tours of the high school will be available after the parade. (at Door 2 of the school) 11:30 a.m. Post parade lunch at Laurie Hopkins Plumb’s house (head over from parade) 1:30 p.m. Homecoming Football Game 6:00 p.m. Dinner at Crowne Plaza Hotel (reservations must be made in advance) There is a special rate at the Crowne Plaza for members of the Class of 1973 for the weekend.
