Hello fellow classmates. We are having a 50 year class reunion at the Broadway Ballroom in Alexandria on September 17th 2022. There is a football game on the 16th with a tailgating event planned for the class of '72 for those that want to attend. The reunion event is the 17th starting a 7:00 pm with appetizers as we did at the 45th reunion. We will be contacting as many of you via phone or email in the next few weeks with more of the details. If you any classmate that is not on facebook or classmates let them know or let us know so we can contact them. You can also look on facebook for our class group class of 1972-Alexandria Minnesota. It is a closed group with Nancy Thoennes Bocklund as the administrator. We will post information there also. Thank you and hope you will be able to attend. Reunion committee. We have tried to contact as many of our classmates via email, Facebook, Classmates and finally some phone texting. We have encountered bad email addresses and invalid phone numbers, so we know we haven't reached all of our classmates. If you or other classmates want to see a 50th reunion invite and information letter I am going to scan one and put it in the event photo area. Classmates doesn't allow putting our class email address in the body of this so that you can contact one of us through that. SEE THE "PHOTO" BELOW FOR THE INVITE AND INFORMATION LETTER. Hopefully you will be able to read it. NOTE; ADDITIONAL ACTIVITY Saturday, 9/17/22 - A donation has been made to mingle on a boat cruise on Lake Minnewaska and is on a first paid registration for the dinner/get-together. There will be no extra charge for this event. This cruise holds only 40 people and appetizers will be available. Boarding begins at 11:45 am and the cruise is from 12:00 - 2:00 pm. This will happen rain or shine. Please RSVP to the class email address listed in the invite below. The boat cruise is currently FULL. unless there is a cancelation. Will keep you posted.
