A cash bar will start at 6:00p.m. with dinner at 7:00pm. followed by dancing. You have a choice between Chicken Marsala(sauteed chicken with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, and a marsala basil reduction); London Broil(marinated flank steak served with sauteed mushrooms and a red wine demi glace), or a vegetarian option.
