Our main event will be Saturday Night. At 6:30pm to 7pm check in and get acquainted in the foyer with a buffet meal at 7:00pm. in their large conference room. Friday night we will have a social gathering at the Farmers Market located 77 sw 4th and maybe some planned activities on Saturday. We will have some rooms block out with the hotel. You will have to make your own reservations. Forms have been sent out!!!!! .Please don't wait to the last minute to send these forms back. We really need a head count of committed classmates. Friday night gathering is from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Two food trucks are scheduled for you to buy from. This is a smoke and alcohol free area. More info to come.
