Almost all the elders in this film went to McClymonds including myself. You must show respect for our own Oakland Black culture. The Black pioneers in this film are your culture. It is your responsibility to see this film. If you don’t respect yourself AND THE PEOPLE WHO CAME BEFORE YOU how do you expect anyone else to respect you?
