I'm looking for sugestions. We just need to get the ball rolling. As long as we wait for "Someone else" to do something, nothing will get done. I'm sure we're all in a position where we can adapt to any date as long as there is a bit of advance notice. Do we want to make a week-end event or is a one-shot formal affair preferred?
