Save the Date: May 18, 2024 MHS Classes of 59, 60, and 61 “Meet and Greet” OK! It is official. A “Meet and Greet” for graduates (and guests) of Monroe High School classes of 1959, 1960, and 1961 will be held on May 18, 2024, at the K of C, 202 W. Front Street, Monroe, MI 48161 from 12 noon to 6:00 p.m. Charge for attendance will be $10 per person/$20 per couple, payable at the door when you arrive. There will be a CASH bar (you pay) available, and we will order pizza at intervals during the day, depending on attendance at the time. Many of you received a previous email requesting a response to see who might be interested if we could organize this event. We now have it finalized and would like a confirmation if you think you will be attending. However, many of our responses did not include the full name, including maiden names for the ladies, and the year they graduated, so we may have missed some or been unable to identify them. We also need current email addresses for you. Many of the emails we sent were returned as undeliverable. Please share this information with anyone you are in contact with. We need you to help us reach out to all the other classmates. Some classmates inquired about a memory book. This could only be accomplished if a short life history is included with the response if you are attending or if you are unable to attend. These could be posted at the event. Copies could be available “post event” for a minimal charge Your response is requested by April 15, 2024 if you plan to attend.
