Dear Classmates, My Brother from another Mother since Homeroom in 1971, Rick Canard drove down to Prince George’s County from Lancaster, Pennsylvania to go with me to Martin’s Crosswinds, Bladensburg High School and The Port of Bladensburg for one purpose; Consummate the contract with Martins for the gala on June 8, 2024, begin making plans with the current principal about activities involving the Class of 1974 during the 2023-24 School Year and to get a good look at where we will be having the cookout on Sunday June 9, 2024. It was a very productive day and one thing is abundantly clear…The Bladensburg High School Class of 1974 50 Year Reunion…DRUM ROLL…IS ON!!! Although it’s 364 days away, we will be instructing each of you in this group and others who are not members of this group in the coming weeks how you can begin purchasing your tickets to this once in a lifetime affair.
