The event runs from 1:00-9:00. Food available for purchase from the Comfort Smash Food Truck from 2:00-6:00, or bring a picnic. BYOB. Beer and wine are allowed in the park. Yard games, bonfire and fun! The venue has a shelter in case of rain. Classmates doesn’t allow personal information to be published to the group, so please go to the RHS Class of 1972 50 Year Reunion group on Facebook, and sign up. The group is also called RHS (Rosemount High School) Class of 1972 because Jackie had feedback about a Canadian school with RHS as its initials. The following is additional information to what was published a few months ago about the Aug 27 Reunion. 1) About 50 people have sent RSVP’s about participating, and there are about 25 people in the Maybe category. Please send word to the organizers if you decide to come, or are a Maybe, as it helps us to better organize the event and anticipate any needs. 2) Food can be brought to the event, though we are encouraging people to use the available food truck, as we need to make a particular number for guaranteed minimum sales. 3) The food truck schedule was changed to being present from 2:00-6:00 instead of 1:00-9:00, as per discussions with the food truck company. So anyone arriving after 6:00 who wants food will need to bring their own. 4) There is no admission fee at the event, but donations are accepted, and three past classmates have already sent checks in (many thanks to them!). Anyone wanting to send anything to the organizers before the event can use the addresses circulated or simply bring any checks or cash to the event. 5) There will be four cornhole boards at the event that were commissioned by Jackie and at least two will be given as prizes over the course of the day. There is plenty of room at the park for other recreational activities, and there are plenty of tables. 6) Any help is appreciated at the event. This could include set up, clean up, signage at the venue, contacting people, and more)
