SATURDAY DINNER MENU UPDATE: If you have paid for the Saturday Dinner-Dance Rhonda will need to know your menu choice as soon as possible, but no later than Monday night. She needs to provide that information to the hotel. You can call, text, comment on the Facebook post with your choice or you can message me or anyone else working on the reunion planning. If we don’t have your input, we will have to choose a meal for you (and we don’t want to do that). Plated Dinner Options: All plated dinners will come with Iced Tea, coffee, fresh house bread and a house salad with one choice of dressing. Please select your entrée from the options below: Plated Dinner option 1: Bourbon Street Combination Plate – Pecan Crusted Chicken Breast and (2) Bourbon Shrimp Brochette (bacon wrapped shrimp), served with White Rice and seasonal vegetables Plated Dinner option 2: Grilled Ribeye-cooked to Medium and served with a Classic Peppercorn Demi-Glaze Sauce, served with Fresh Seasonal Vegetables and Mashed Potatoes Plated Dinner option 3: Pasta Primavera (our Vegetarian option) Linguini tossed in Sautéed Garlic with Assorted Vegetables in Olive Oil.
