Planning a 50-year reunion for the class of 74 at the Olive Grove Restaurant on Hammonds Ferry Road in Linthicum. October 12th from 1 - 5 pm. Please contact Bill Shreve through Facebook for more details We already have 30 planning to attend and would like to get the word out to all of the class of 1974 Bulldogs. Southern High 50 Year Reunion I want to provide an update on the class of 1974’s reunion planned for this year. I am also providing a list (PDF) of those I have already heard from. Please let me know if I have included you in error, or if I don’t have you and you plan to attend. We currently have 35 attendees if my count is correct. We need 50 minimum for the larger room they have but right now we have enough for the 50 maximum smaller room. I must let Olive Grove know in July that we are committed, provide a deposit, and sign the contract. The final count is due to them one week before the event. I am asking all to reach out to anyone you know who is not on the list to see if they would like to attend. A recap and update of the details for the event are as follows: Olive Grove Restaurant, 705 N. Hammonds Ferry Rd, Linthicum, MD, 21090 Saturday, October 12th, from 1 – 5 PM Buffet Style food including soft drinks & dessert. A cash bar is available for those wanting alcoholic beverages. A DJ is also planned. Ticket price is $45 per person, RSVP and payment due no later than September 1st. I am still working on an electronic payment method but can accept checks and will provide information for using both methods at a later date.
