We have scheduled two mid-day events for Saturday July, 10 and Sunday, July 11. Evenings are unscheduled, so that anyone who's still got enough energy can plan more activities as desired. Jeff Penders was looking for golfers, maybe it was for Friday....so read your emails and watch for posts from classmates trying to assemble groups. Saturday, we'll be meeting at the pavilion behind Maureen's condo on the "old base" 58 Club Road, starting at noon. Maureen is graciously providing burgers and dogs, plates, etc, and we have the use of two grills. It's up to all of us to fill out the table with our favorite side dishes and to bring our beverages of choice. We're not going to coordinate sides, so if we have ten potato salads, so be it, we'll just enjoy them all! And we have use of a few tables and chairs, but given our huge expected turnout, please bring lawn chairs if you think you'll want to lounge while you catch up. Please rsvp to the class email address or on the FB page so that Maureen has an idea of how many burgers and dogs to have ready. Sunday, we have the exclusive use of the pavilion at Cumberland Head State Park. We'll each have to pay our $7 admission per car, and meet at the pavilion. We aren't organizing any food or beverages, so please bring whatever you'd like for your party. The pavilion reservation is listed as our class reunion, with Brian Payea as the renter, in case anyone asks. The rental starts at 9:30 AM, and I will not be there then, so if anyone's an early bird or feels like using it for a yoga class, please feel free to identify yourself as BP. Might be a good idea to keep those lawn chairs handy for this place too. Looking forward to seeing everyone!
