12 Noon until 4:30 PM open campus at SJV 12829 River Road. 1 pm to 3 pm music practice in the chapel. 4:30pm everyone leaves SJV to freshen up and not eat too much before the buffet at 6 pm. 6 pm meet and greet at Holiday Inn Koger Center Richmond, about 18 minutes from SJV to the hotel. Doors of "the James River Room" (imagine that name, in Richmond, Va of all places) open at 6pm. Dinner is served sit-down buffet from 7 until 8:30
