Since ideas have been scarce, the plan is now to hopefully have a 'mixer'-type event on July 16th. The main Event will set up tables for us, but they don't have a private room. Hopefully this is around Summerfest, so other plans can be made on-site for the weekend following. I cannot book a venue, as we don't know how many people will show up. PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO BE THERE!!
