The plans have changed a little. The picnic is still on July 18th but it is at Shelter #2 at Beech Fork Lake at the marina. We went throught a lot of ideas and we decided the easiest thing for everyone is to have a catered barbeque. The menu will be pork and chicken, potato salad, baked beans and slaw. Bring your own drinks. The cost has also changed. It is now $10 per person this will help pay for the lunch, rental of the shelter, and mailings.
