The 50th West Anchorage High School was a smashing success—so many people attended including 30 from the Lower 48! Wednesday 17 people attended the fused glass sessions; Next, 30 classmates and guests watched a baseball game at Mulcahy Stadium,. Thursday’s Meet & Greet we checked in 105 people and handed out name badges with the help of the WHS Football Team.. Right after that, starting at 2pm, the trolley took us around Anchorage. A reception was held Thursday night attended by over 50 people. Friday morning a great crowd of 60 people who attended the West School Tour. We were entertained by West High teacher band “The Hall Monitors” playing 70’s music for us while we purchased custom logo shirts custom created for us by the WHS Football Team! Friday night 127 were at an airport hangar for some island themed fun and free beer and wine! Saturday’s dinner gathered 120 participants at the premier event of the week. Sunday, a BBQ at Robert’s.
