Kevin Nealon (born November 18, 1953) is an actor and comedian. He is a 1971 graduate of St. Joseph High School, in Trumbull, CT, where he participated in ski club. Nealon’s entertainment career got started in 1984, when he made his first appearance on network television, doing stand-up comedy on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. A couple of years later, his friend Dana Carvey was recruited to join the cast of Saturday Night Live. Carvey in turn recommended Nealon, and both became cast members. Nealon ended up staying for nine seasons. His post-SNL career has included a mix of TV and film roles, with projects including the films Happy Gilmore, The Wedding Singer, and Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping as well as guest appearances in a number of series. Nealon is also a cast member of the popular series Weeds as well as the network comedy Man with a Plan.
