Sometimes I feel like I've lived more than one life in the past 30 years. (OUCH - has it really been 30 years???) To sum it all up, I married Mike Walker a few years out of school (some of you will remember him from Olympic). We had two wonderful kids before he was killed in a motorcycle wreck in 1985. th a wonderful grandson 3 years ago. My step-daughter is about to do the same (she's already married; grandson due in December). Anyway - the 2nd Walker & I divorced about a year ago. I've worked for Duke Power for 18 years. Now that I've been everybody's wife & mother, it's my turn to be just me -- just plain ole' Gayle -- and I think I like it.
