Life Hi this is Bill Will from the class of 71. Many miles have passed on this journey through life and many memories have come and gone on that journey. But many very good ones remain about my times at the Tiger Den. Hope life has been good to you and your journey has produced fond memories as well. I am currently residng in the Chesapeake/Virginia Beach area of the state. Came down here about 30 years ago and have enjoyed the change very much. I have often traveled back up to NOVA mostly to visit family but one thing I will never miss about that area is the traffic. I rather enjoy the slower pace and more relaxed atmosphere of the beach type community. How have you been doing? After Groveton I entered the Navy and spent most of my time in Newport, RI at the Naval War College as an enlisted staff member. From there I returned to NOVA and went back into drafting for an engineering firm. I actually stayed with drafting a total of about 10 years. I entered the Alexandria Fire Department in 1977 and left shortly after the Air Florida crash on the 14th street bridge in 1982. From there I moved out into the Shenandoah valley near Winchester, VA to study for the ministry. But lingering marital problems affected my ability to cope with the demands of such a move so I tabled that for sometime until about 1999. At that point I had remarried (1994) and began a new family and started toward a personal path of healing that made helping others possible as well. I got involved full time with humanitarian aid and had a warehouse and non-profit ministry called "The River of Life" where we gather, sift, sort and ship aid all over the world.
