From your Reunion Committee: This note is to request confirmation of your interest and to determine the number of those individuals who will DEFINITELY attend as well as those who are a MAYBE and a NO. Since we are planning the reunion without outside assistance, we will need to put deposits down before a date and a venue can be set in concrete. To cover the deposits, we will have eventually request monies be sent in (at a later date) from the YES’s. At that point we can determine the venue, dates, and times for all the events. Hopefully, this will persuade a number of MAYBE’s and NO’s to become YES’s. Please RSVP by replying to this email YES, NO or MAYBE as soon as you can. Please include a current address & optionally a phone number. DETAILS: · Preparations are well underway for a reunion in the near future. · We are handling the planning ourselves since we could not find a company to manage it. · Plans are for a full weekend of activity. · Several Nassau County venues are available for the event. · Several Hotels will block off rooms for those who come in from out-of-town. · Reunion will be a Saturday evening. · Anticipate a full dinner or buffet with bar. · Plans are also in the works for a Friday night get-together and a Sunday Brunch.
