Hi all, So far so good. We are "a go". It looks as if we may have a smaller than usual turnout but a good turnout none-the-less. SPECIAL RECOGNITION We will have a special recognition for the class of '61 and '71 for their 60th and 50th anniversaries. A light boxed lunch will be served from the cafeteria line. Madison's supervisor of the cafeteria [her name is Cat], is volunteering her time and services to create and serve the box lunches at cost !!! The superintendent [Angel Abdulahad] has provided phenomenal support as well. We were having some difficulty in planning during these unusual times and this pair made our largest issues disappear. They are our current day Eagles. DONATIONS We will be accepting $10 donations (or more if you can) at the door to cover costs. However, this has been a bad year for a number of our classmates. If finances are tight, don't worry about the $10, come anyway. You are wanted and welcome . Your presence will help make the reunion a success for your classmates while lifting your spirits at the same time. And this is a great year for lifting everyone's spirits. COVID Hand sanitizers and masks will be available while supplies last. As of today, there are no Covid mandates in effect in Michigan, Oakland County or the school district. Therefore we are asking everyone to use common sense. Come only if you are safe and/or feel safe. If you've been exposed, please wait until next year to come. If any mandates that affect the reunion are promulgated between now and the reunion, we plan on following them. RSVP An RSVP will help with planning. "Yes" (and how many), "No" or "Maybe" (and how many). Your best guess is all we need. We understand that circumstances can change. So if you say "Yes" and something comes up, we understand. If you say "No" and find you can make it, then come on. Please pass this info to classmates.
