William James “Bill” Murray (born September 21, 1950) is an American actor and comedian. He graduated with the class of 1968 from Loyola Academy in Wilmette, Illinois. He was an active member of his high school Chess Club. Murray burst onto the scene as an early cast member of the hit show Saturday Night Live. He later went on to star in hit films Ghostbusters, What About Bob?, Groundhog Day and Lost In Translation.
