Terry Paxton Bradshaw (born September 2, 1948) is a former professional football player who played quarterback in the NFL. He graduated from Woodlawn High School, in Shreveport, LA, in 1966. While attending Woodlawn, a young Terry Bradshaw was quarterback for the football team as well as an outstanding javelin thrower. He was also voted Senior Favorite.
Bradshaw was the first player chosen by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 1970 NFL draft. He played for the Steelers for 14 seasons, leading them to four Super Bowl victories (the first quarterback to reach this milestone).
Shortly after retiring from football, Bradshaw became an NFL game analyst for CBS. He remains active in broadcasting as a co-host of Fox NFL Sunday. Bradshaw was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1989.
