Timothy's Story
Always felt out of place in HS. got drafted as a Conscientious Objector during Viet Nam so went to work for Cal Div Forestry on Calaveras County Mountain Rescue - a full time Professional Rescue Team and had an incredible adventure for a couple of years, fell in love in SF, moved to San Diego in 1976 got real estate license and sold homes for my father at Jeffries Ranch in east Oceanside. Was quite successful in RE until divorce and a bad market in mid 90's. Continued school but never finished College, raised a family and recently put my 20 yr old beautiful daughte...Expand for more

enjoy outdoors stuff, still single after the 1995 divorce.
Enjoy being alone, very stable - but not quite ready to retire. Would like to find the right woman - but I'm too young for women my age. lol
Own home in east Oceanside - several over the years. Own land and plan to start construction in the country in nearby Valley Center.
Read, study (environmental science, try to improve my financial profile - having fun in this market. eh,eh,eh.
Recently quit smoking! Getting in shape running. My sense of humor has improved.
