"Boy, I haven't seen so-and-so in a long time, I wonder where I can run into them." This event is that chance. It's a night that's designed for fun, with a great band and good friends, where you optimize your chance to run into people. This not the typical reunion where you pay money & make a reservation. Instead, you just show up. And everyone else can, too. You pay your cover charge to see the band and your own food and drink. Spread the word.
