We're planning a super casual catered BBQ. Registration at 2:00pm, sign up for corn hole contest. Live music starting at 2. 4 hour bar service starts at 4. Snack bar and cash bar available until then. Beer, wine and soda included 4-8pm Dinner will be hamburgers and hot dogs, pork ribs, pulled pork, Jerk chicken Jersey corn, and 3 side salads. Watermelon. And it would be great to have some homemade treats Steve Fantina is bringing the collective 60th Birthday cake. Thank-you Steve! There is a snack bar for any one who needs food before dinner (not included). We are in search of live entertainment for after dinner. We have a great one man Band for the afternoon. Look up www.rickbarthnj.com There is also a sound system so we can play anyone's playlist. Any classmates want to bring instruments? looks like Jon Swenson is checking his band to see if they want to jam a bit. We are inviting other classes, so let everyone know. Teachers would be cool too. As far as accommodations: There are camping facilities for tenting and RV's too. Bathrooms and showers. Camping fees $30, 4 people per site. There are local hotels and B&B's please contact on your own. If someone wants to reserve a bank of rooms for a discount that would be great! Cost: $60 per person, campsite 4 tents each $30/ night. Leftovers are available after the party too.
