It gives me great pleasure to announce that the Documentary film Living Legends 66-0 is now live on Google Play and Youtube Movies. We are so grateful to all who supported us on our journey to tell the world our story. Written, Produced and directed by Dr. Michael L Hopwood. I urge you to watch and share awareness of this award-winning and compelling film based on the real-life exploits of inspirational hidden figures straight out of Compton that history overlooked. In 1968-1969 an all-black basketball team from Compton California led by Bill Armstrong, a white head coach dubbed the John Wooden of High School Basketball, rose to become the winningest high school basketball team in California Interscholastic Federation history in the midst of social unrest following the Watts riots, the civil rights movement, and personal triumph and tragedy. Not one, but back-to-back undefeated State and National Championship seasons, ending in the longest record without a loss in Californian High School Basketball History at 66-0. A state record that still stands unbroken 52 years later. Be sure to watch the credits!! Follow, share and like our living Legends 66-0 Facebook page.
