Hello East High School Class of 68 (and friends) We’re in the process of putting together yet another reunion (our 54th). Wow!! It’s going to be another great Campout/picnic like last year except we’ll be at Hickory Hills, just South of Waterloo this time. And since a lot of us are retired, we’ve also selected mid-week dates to avoid the crowds. We’ve reserved the group camp area at Hickory Hills for Wednesday and Thursday nights, September 7-8. Some of us will be setting up our campers on Tuesday, September 6. For those of you who would prefer not to camp but would still like to stay overnight, Hickory Hills has several two-bedroom cabins available (as of today). And the Isle Casino Hotel in Waterloo is about 15 minutes up the road. And for everyone else, please stop out on either (or both) Wednesday and Thursday afternoon/evenings to hook-up with classmates and enjoy the fun! We’ll be furnishing maid-rites and beer/pop. Just bring a side dish, if you like. More information as we get everything put together. If you have any suggestions, ideas or want to reserve a camping space, please reply to this message.
