Your ticket price will still include entry into the reunion, name tags, hors d’oeuvres, a dinner buffet, assorted desserts, 2 hour unlimited bar, unlimited coffee/water/tea, a DJ, and photography throughout the night. After the event, you will be able to log into the photographer’s website and download all the pictures for free! You can begin purchasing your ticket(s) now via PayPal or you can mail a check to: Message admin for this info. The committee will need a confirmed headcount to provide to the reunion facility and there are upfront deposits due for the location, photographer, and DJ. We are asking that you confirm your intent to attend by paying a non-refundable $25 deposit as soon as possible but no later than March 15, 2024. The deposit will go towards your full payment. The final date to purchase tickets is May 1, 2024. Anyone who pays in full before Feb 15, 2024 will receive $5 off per ticket/$10 off couple ticket. A late fee of $25 will be incurred for payments received after the final due date of May 1, 2024 accounting for adjustments based on changes in the headcount reported to the facility. No payments will be accepted after June 1, 2024. If a payment is received after this time, it will be returned to the sender. Anyone that would like to make an extra donation to help sponsor a classmate in need of assistance is welcome to do so.
