We look forward to seeing you there. HILTON GARDEN INN 5711 ABERCORN STREET SAVANNAH, GA 31405 Please come to the Hospitality Room for you to sign in and pickup any package we may have for you. This is once you have checked into the hotel. Hotel will advise you how to get to this area. Pat Stevenson and group will be there to check you in from 3:00pm til 6:00pm. There is a bar located to the left of the hotel lobby check in station that you can purchase drinks with CASH ONLY at anytime they are open. All drinks you buy from the bar in lobby or in our Saturday night ballroom you must pay CASH ONLY and you are welcome to walk anyplace in the hotel with drinks sold by the hotel. You can bring your own alcohol and keep in your room. You are not allowed to bring your drinks, mixed in your room, to the lobby or the Saturday night event. You can take your drinks, mixed in your room, to the Hospitality room or outside by the pool area. We do have a minimum alcohol charge for buying drinks on Saturday night Event in the ballroom. Breakfast at Hotel Hours open Saturday and Sunday 7:00am to 11:00am $9.95- continental or cook to order (prices vary). Method of Reservations to book Hotel Room Each individual makes their own hotel reservation by calling, 912-652-9300. For each individual to receive the established Group rate, they must identify themselves as member of the Jenkins Class of 1967 and use CODE: HVJ67. We have a total of 30 rooms blocked right now. That is 15 Friday night and 15 Saturday night. You can stay one night or both nights at this rate of $207.27 inclusive/per night for standard King room or 2 queen bed standard.
