Hello classmates: Mark your calendars for September 21st for our 60th reunion! If you're local it's a must attend event. If from out of town, come in to see family, friends and take in a Cubs' game between the 19th and 22nd. We have reserved a portion of Harp & Fiddle at 110 Main Street in Park Ridge starting AT 5:00 PM. (Think Scharringhausen’s) This date was the only one available on a weekend in September, and only became available as I was sitting with the events manager this morning. We will have a cash bar and there will be a hearty appetizer buffet courtesy of some generous classmates. There will be no tickets or reservations but we hope for at least 75 people. Friends from other classes are also welcome. We do not have to pay any fee for the venue, which is their new private party room, "Studio 108". The way it works is that a credit card will keep each person’s “tab” on their iPad system. (additional food can also be added.) There will be plenty of seating, tables & “milling” space. We will have 2-3 dedicated servers. This model and venue have worked well for several other Maine class reunions. There will be no mailing or emails so, what we do need is for everybody to share this info and site with their friends. That is the only way this will work.
