Nick Offerman (born June 26, 1970) is an American actor. He graduated with the class of 1988 from Minooka High School in Minooka, Illinois. In high school Offerman was not only the president of his senior class, he was also president of the Drama Club, a saxophonist in the Jazz Band, and voted “Most Likely to Host the David Letterman Show”. He also played football his junior year. He is best known for his break out role on the hit show Parks and Recreation as Ron Swanson. He has also had cameos on several sitcoms such as The King of Queens, Gilmore Girls, George Lopez, and Will & Grace alongside his wife, Megan Mullally.
