11th SLV Alumni Annual GOLF TOURNAMENT When: Friday, October 16, 2009 Time: Tee Time 1:00 p.m. Where: Boulder Creek Golf & Country Club DINNER When: 6:00 p.m. after golf tournament Where: Scopazzi’s, Boulder Creek Silent Auction to be held during dinner The cost is $100 for golf, cart, prizes and dinner. If you would like to bring a guest to the dinner, the cost is $35 for dinner only. Forms available to enter.
