​HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Classmates: Your reunion committee has determined that the safest way for us to gather and celebrate our 50th Reunion is to postpone until September 10-11 2022. Because the rollout of the vaccine is going less than smoothly, we feel this is the safest course of action. We are the Class of '70, and we can also celebrate that most of us will be turning 70 in 2022. Also, it will really be our 52nd reunion, and we were mostly born in 1952! By postponing until Sept 2022, we will be assured that our world has returned to “normal” and we will be able to hug and laugh and be together fully. We promise to stay in touch and send details as we get closer to the summer of 2022. We are all looking forward to these events. We still plan to do an evening gathering on Saturday, Sept 10 and a lunchtime gathering on Gunn High School campus on Sunday Sept. 11. A golf tournament and a hike are likely to be added. So put this in your calendar. We will have a lot to celebrate! Patti has already confirmed the new date with Coupa Cafe. Jeff has already contacted Gunn for the Sunday picnic. Chris and I are sending out the emails. Thanks to all of them! We also need your help. Please let me know if you have a change of address, phone or email. Sorry to say this, but please also let me know if we have lost any classmates. If you made a hotel reservation for 2021, be sure to change it to the new dates. I'm sure they would appreciate the advance notice. Feel free to email, snail mail or call me with any questions, suggestions for 2022, etc. Looking forward to seeing you all without masks!!!
